SURFHOUSE Asbury Park the next step in the future of the Asbury Park Waterfront. The project is fully approved for the development of 226-unit multifamily development and will consist of a mix of 206 multifamily units, 20 luxury rental townhomes, and approximately 3,500 square feet of retail space along Kingsley Street. Given the lack of newly constructed, Class A luxury multifamily product in the area, this project is needed to create a balance of various types of housing across the waterfront.

SURFHOUSE Asbury Park was designed by Lessard Design, with interiors by Fogarty Finger. The six-story building was thoughtfully designed with an east to west view corridor at four stories to incorporate a visual break and allow for a green roof design. SURFHOUSE Asbury Park will offer everything residents come to expect in modern beachfront living, to include a 15,000 square foot courtyard amenity area with pool, indoor fitness center, electric vehicle charging, bike and surfboard storage, and a resident only rooftop amenity area that offers ocean views. The project will also include 20 luxury 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom townhomes with individual two car garages and a rooftop deck.
